  • In 2012, the original owners of this project sold the home to a client of ours that we had previously designed several projects for. He asked us to do interior alterations in several areas of the house and to add a new porte cochere. We added a thinner steel based structure to give the home a compatible/updated look and to reduce impact to view sight lines. The work was complete in 2013.
