    This project was chosen in 1996 by the Idaho Chapter of the American Institute of Architects for an "Award of Merit in Architecture."

    Situated in a development on the Elkhorn golf course, this home sits serenely looking out to the Boulder Mountains. The highly ordered plan has axis' and cross axis spinning off the central skylit hall space. A variety of historical influences from Italianate villas, Frank Lloyd Wright prairie houses, to Scandinavian modern and traditional Japanese give this home a unique identity. This successful blending of influences led to its receiving an Award of Merit from AIA Idaho.
