The Golden Eagle II residence was chosen in 2008 by the Idaho Chapter of the American Institute of Architects for an "Award of Citation in Architecture" as well as the "Emerging Professional Award in Architecture" from the University of Idaho Architectural graduate students.

Designed in a contemporary/mountain style, the footprint of this home forms a large South facing courtyard. To the North, is a large man-made pond and a view to the Boulder Mountains. A key element of this composition is a 61 foot semi earth sheltered lap pool.
