This Sun Valley residence was chosen for remodel by a speculative developer for its outstanding view of Baldy. Two children’s bunkrooms upstairs over the garage have been transformed into a master suite. A new central gable allows additional light and views into the dining room. Existing upper decks cluttering the front of the house have been removed and replaced by a simpler design. Opening this façade to light also made way for a more inviting main entry under a new canopy.
