This home was designed for an awkward vacant in-town lot consisting mostly of a bedrock cliff. The design minimizes the home’s footprint and elevates the primary living spaces to the loft-like top floor for capturing the views across town to the Sun Valley ski mountain, four bedrooms are below on the second floor, with the entry/garage and a large unfinished space on the ground floor. The unique roof structure is a simple shed with a literal twist. The exterior on the first two floors is a board formed concrete. |
